Agreement and Guidelines for ADODESIGN Services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website located at adodesign.com (the "Site") and the services provided by ADODESIGN ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ADODESIGN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Client Ownership
Ownership of final design deliverables is fully transferred to the client upon receipt of payment in full.
3. User Conduct & Obligations
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Services.
Prohibited Actions
No data mining, robots, or similar data gathering/extraction tools may be deployed on our infrastructure.
Accuracy of Data
You must provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or requesting design service quotes.
4. Fees and Payments
Prices for our design services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Secure Payment Gateway
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. ADODESIGN LLC does not store credit card information on its own servers.
5. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall ADODESIGN, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
